- Copy of birth certificate
- Recent passport size photo
- Copy of health passport (formerly immunization card)
- School’s Report for the academic year completed (most recent);
- Financial clearance from the previous school
- Letter of good standing \ recommendation **** (must be done by the last school of record)
- Completed registration form and payment.
- Enrollment Assessment
- Tuition Payment for the first term
- Copy of Parents National Identification and Proof of Address
